Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Milo app. By using Milo you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies unless we have agreed separate written terms with you.

Subscriptions

Milo offers an auto-renewable subscription with two options:

• Yearly — £49.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Weekly — £4.99 per week.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings.

If you start a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region; the price displayed at purchase is the price that applies.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple through your App Store purchase history.

Fitness disclaimer

Milo provides workout tracking and training guidance only. It is not medical advice. Train responsibly, within your own limits, and consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme if you have any health concerns.

Acceptable use

Use Milo only for its intended purpose and in line with these terms and Apple's rules. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app.

Liability

Milo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
