Milo ("Milo", "we", "us") builds a strength-training app. This policy explains what data the app processes and how it is handled. Questions: support@milostrength.com.
Data we process
The app processes only what it needs to work:
- Your training data — the exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout history and notes you enter, and the goals and body details you give during onboarding.
- Body measurements — such as body weight, used to calculate your programme and, where you allow it, exercise calorie estimates.
- Purchase information — handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active; we never see your card details.
- Technical data — basic device and diagnostic information needed to run the app and fix problems.
Apple Health
Milo can integrate with Apple Health only if you grant permission. With your consent it reads body-measurement data and writes your finished workouts so they appear in Fitness and Health. Health information is never used for advertising and is never sold. You control these permissions at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the app — Apple (subscriptions, App Store payments, and HealthKit, all handled on your device), and our authentication, hosting and database providers where you create an account. Account features are optional and may not be enabled in every version of the app.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact support@milostrength.com. Milo is operated from the United Kingdom and handles data in line with UK GDPR.
Children
Milo is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here.
